SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE - The Aurora Subic Leisure's flagship project in Subic Bay, "The Aurora Suites and Pavilion" will be completed this year, 2020. It's a hotel and a serviced apartment building located in the heart of Central Business District, Subic Bay Freeport.
It's the first 10-storey building to rise in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, The Aurora Suites and Pavilion aims to bridge the gap between the ecotourism and industrial dual character of Subic Bay. It is envisioned to be a preferred lifestyle destination of local and international tourists in Subic Bay Freeport.
The Aurora Suites and Pavilion will have a total of 64 hotel rooms and 64 serviced apartment units. Some of it will be a 3-bedroom apartment unit, 2-bedroom apartment unit, loft type apartment unit, a deluxe type apartment unit, and 7 units will be Penthouses that will be located on the higher floors.

But some of the unit's lease are disclosed like the deluxe apartment unit that will be around PHP 5.5 - 5.6 million, while the loft-type apartment unit will be more than PHP 10 million.
The development consists of a hotel and serviced apartment building complemented by a curated retail pavilion, which will serve as a venue for food, leisure, entertainment, and lifestyle establishments where both private and public events can be held.
As of January 09, 2020, The contractors are currenlty working on the outer part of the structure as they make the surroundings of the Aurora Suites and Pavilion more pedestrian friendly.
The contractors are also fitting out the curated Pavilion just beside the 10-storey building, and hopefully by 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2020, this project will be completed after many delays. The first completion date was 2017, then after discussions the completion date was moved to the 4th quarter of 2019, and now to 2020.
